This mouse is part of the
Cobblestone Tails Series
Each and every Cobblestone Creation
is a completely original design from my imagination.
No patterns are used but my own.
They are fashioned lovingly by my hand with
great attention to detail resulting in a
one of a kind heirloom quality piece.

This elvish little mouse is made of a tinted pink long pile cashmere mini bear fabric.
His tail is brown braided cotton cording.
He stand just over 3 inches tall.
He is firmly stuffed with polyester and is disk and
cotter pin jointed at neck, hips and ankles. His arms are
also jointed and wired to help him hold many adorable poses.

He looks out onto the world through
the highest quality German black glass eyes that are
highlighted with white ultrasuede and perle cotton eyelids.
His nose is a black onyx bead surrounded by blond horsehair whiskers.
Wool roving has been needlefelted for his beard.
His cheeks and inner ears have been blushed.

In his outfilt, I tried to capture both the whimsy and dark nature of this character.
He has a pair of purple print slacks, a dingy watercolored shirt, and a lilac untrasuede jacket. There is black and gold trim at the cuffs and collar ~ and a patch on one knee and elbow.
He has a brown ultrasuede belt arond his wait with a tiny golden buckle.
Chunky wooden beads with tinier purple seed beads adorn the front of the jacket. |

I have created his hat from a dull purple pinstriped fabric,
more wooden beads and golden seed baeds.
It is wired so it can be posed to reflect his twisted personality.
It, as with his entire outfit, is not removeable.
His shoes have the signature Cobblestone Tails golden filigrees.

One of the special spects of this mouse is that I wanted to have him actually sit at the spinning wheel.
For this reason, he is jointed at the hips and also has wired legs.
There are many posing possibilities with this little fellow. |

The spinning wheel is a purchased item that
I touched up by adding the straw and golden thread.
He will bring it, along with the stool
and two spools of golden thread with him.
|
|
Each of my creations will arrive with their
signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
They also come with individually labeled Gift Boxes
all ready for you to wrap for that someone special!
I create all my pieces in a smoke-free and pet-free studio.
All Cobblestone Creations are adult collectibles
