These two mice
are part of the
Cobblestone Tails Series
Each and every Cobblestone Creation
is a completely original design from my imagination.
No patterns are used but my own.
They are fashioned lovingly by my hand with
great attention to detail resulting in a
one of a kind heirloom quality piece.

This pair is made of doe long pile cashmere mini bear fabric.
Their tails are brown satin cording.
They stand just 3 inches tall.
They are firmly stuffed with polyester and are disk and
cotter pin jointed at neck and ankles. Their arms are
also jointed and wired to help them hold many adorable poses.
|
They look out onto the world through
the highest quality German black glass eyes that are
highlighted with white ultrasuede, perle cotton
eyelids and horsehair lashes.
Their noses are black onyx bead surrounded by horsehair whiskers.
Their cheeks and inner ears have been daintily blushed.

They are dressed in coordinating outfits of taupe, mauve and browns.
He has a pair of brown slack, a cream and mauve print shirt
with three tiny buttons and an ultrasuede collar.
She is wearing a mauve gingham dress that has been accented with hand beaded lace at the hem.
She has a matching bonnet, an ultrasuede vest
and print pantaloons underneath. |

I have created the well from a purchased hexagon wooden box.
Wooden roof supports and the well mechanism have been added
Tiny stones have been applied to the surfaces
as well as jute vining with mulberry paper roses.
The wooden bucket has been stained a rich honey tone.
It has a metal handle and epoxy water inside.
The well stands 4½ inches tall.

all ready for you to wrap for that someone special!
I create all my pieces in a smoke-free and pet-free studio.
