This sweet demitasse mouse
is one of the
Cobblestone Cuties
Each and every Cobblestone Creation
is a completely original design from my imagination.
No patterns are used but my own.
They are fashioned lovingly by my hand with
great attention to detail resulting in a
one of a kind heirloom quality piece.
|
|
|
This darling is made of
ivory cashmere mini bear fabric.
His tail is tan leather cording.
He stands only 2½ inches tall,
and is stuffed with polyfil and is disk and cotter
pin jointed at the neck
with string jointed and wired arms
allowing him to hold many cute poses.
|
He looks out onto the world through
the highest quality German black glass eyes that are
highlighted with white ultrasuede, perle cotton
eyelids and horsehair lashes.
His nose is a black onyx bead
surrounded by horsehair whiskers.
His inner ears have been daintily blushed.
|
|
|
With over twenty years of sewing experience be assured that everything from Cobblestone Creations is made from top grade materials
with construction details used on fine clothing.
Seams are frenched where possible or overcast to ensure no raw edges and most trims are meticulously applied by hand.
|
He is wearing a traditional Santa Hat
of red rayon trimmed with white faux fur.
A matching set of mittens
is also included.
He is very fond of the tiny
pom poms on his mittens.
|
I find that fasteners like snaps or velcro are just too bulky
for my little friends and detract from their charm.
I am therefore sorry to say that their clothing is not removable. |

A tiny red jingle bell
is tied around his neck with a reb ribbon.
|
He will bring his tiny demitasse teacup ornament
with him, where he will sit patiently until you
need some help with your holiday preparations.
It has a holly motif and measures 1½ inches tall.
The saucer is permanently attached and is
2¾ inches in diameter.
What a lovely addition he would be to your holiday décor!
