$125 ~ sold ~ I couldn’t resist adding my favorite Christmas song ~ turns those speakers on!

As with most children, when she was a child, Cassandra Hailey could barely contain her excitement about Christmas.   And she is delighted that this has continued well into her adulthood. She still gets excited about all the little signs that the season is approaching ~ the first snow, the sounds of carols on the radio, the tinsel popping up in shops and most especially the smell of gingerbread and peppermint on her husband when he returns from the candy shop each evening. It’s all that giddiness inside her that swells into a desire to give back to others.   So each year, Cassandra mans the kettle and rings her bell in the evenings in front of the fountain in the center of town.   And she’s knows very well that if she stayed home in the evenings, she’d just be tempted to gobble down all those yummy treats her husband makes. Being out among the shoppers and twinkling lights raise her spirits even more.   It really is the most wonderful time of the year.   Although today, she heard someone mutter their displeasure about how people seem to have forgotten about Thanksgiving and jump right into Christmas earlier and earlier each year. "But," Cassandra thought, giggling, "what if what I’m most thankful for is that Christmas is coming?!!!"

Cassandra is made from pure white cashmere mini bear fabric.
Her tail is black waxed cording and she measures just over 3 inches to the top of her head.
She is wearing her black cotton dress, red lined cape and bonnet, with white pantaloon underneath.


A tiny gold bell is atached to her hand.
She will bring the stand, sign and kettle, all made my me, with her.
